Aloe Vera is high in vitamins and minerals such as A, C, E, folic acid, chlorine, B1, B2, B3 (niacin), B6. It is one of the few plants that contains vitamin B12. Some of the 20 minerals are calcium, magnesium, zink, chromium, selenium, sodium, iron, potassium, copper and manganese.
